An incomplete copper-alloy trapezoidal buckle frame of Medieval date. Only the frame end survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn.
It is D-shaped in section with an expanded outer edge. There is traces of gilding on the front face. The back face is flat and undecorated.
This buckle frame measures 11.10mm in length, 14.49mm in width at the outer edge, 7.02mm in width at the attachment end, 1.08mm in thickness, 0.51g in weight.
