Opaque grey-buff flint with cortex. Core with long flake removal scars around two of its sides, much of the rest being useless because of irregularities in the stone. Probably a rejuvenated core with hard hammer working from both its opposed ends. Cloudy white patina extends over struck surfaces, particularly the larger first striking platform. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC.
