A fragment of cast copper-alloy metal working debris. Pointed oval in shape, measuring 32mm in length and 23mm in width. One face is flat and rough to the touch and the other is rounded and smooth. lt is triangular in cross-section. It is most likely to be part of a casting jet or sprue and could therefore date from the later Bronze Age up to the post medieval period.
