A worn copper-alloy farthing of Charles II, AD1660-1685. Reverse legend reads [BRITAN/NIA]. Reverse shows faint Britannia seated left. Exergue is faint but reads 16??, possibly an even fainter 72 at the end of the date but this is uncertain.
Obverse legend reads [CA]ROLO/[CAROLVS.A.]. Obverse shows cuirassed bust left. Die axis is 6 o'clock. Weight is 6.11g, diameter is 23.0mm, thickness is 2.0mm.
