Medieval copper alloy sewing ring or tailor's thimble, with some fragments of the upper edge missing. There is an encircling engraved line near the top and the base, and between them twenty-one vertical lines of small round indentations, with seven, eight or nine in each line. Height 15.5mm. Diameter 18 - 18.5mm. c.1350 - c.1450.
