Two small droplets of gold. The two droplets are different in colour due to the level of purity. The smallest is a rounded droplet of pale gold c.4.5mm in diameter and weighing 0.63g. The second is a sub-rectangular droplet of yellow gold 8mm in length, 5mm in width and 3mm in thickness, weighing 1.3g.

Notes:

These artefacts were reported under the Treasure Act. However due to the lack of a clear archaeological context, it was difficult to date the droplets and to say with any certainty when they were made or lost. The artefacts were disclaimed without inquest and returned to the finder.
