A fragment of cast copper alloy leg from a metal cooking vessel such as a cauldron or skillet. The base of the leg only remains. The front of the leg is decorated with a central longitudinal rib.The foot has a flat underside which shows signs of wear and sooting. It is broken in sevceral places and is cracked. It would have been one of three on a complete vessel.
