Incomplete medieval to post-medieval copper alloy purse bar, all of one arm missing. Similar to Ward Perkins 1940 Type B3, with plain round-sectioned arms (i.e. no pendent loops) but the globular terminal is decorated with a transverse groove and an encircling rib and groove. Width (estimated) 96mm. Height of central loop 48.8mm.
