A complete silver penny of Edward III dating to the period AD 1369 to 1377. North Number 1293.
The coin is quite damaged and possibly double-struck. There are colon stops on the obverse and possibly a quaterefoil in the centre of the reverse although it is quite worn so it is uncertain whether this was minted at the royal or episcopal mint.
