Incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle plate, rectangular, slightly recessed for frame, with drilled perforation for missing pin, broken on reverse, most of back-part missing. Twin rivet-holes towards attachment end, one containing remains of copper alloy rivet, border of engraved interrupted rocker-arm. Length 27mm. Width 13.5mm. 0.5mm thick. Later 13th-14th century.
