Incomplete copper alloy harness pendant, part of Roman military equipment. Suspension-loop at apex within incised lines on face forming a V-shape, loop butted-together on reverse. Body with rounded shoulders tapering to point at broken lower end. Surviving length 37.5mm. Width 26mm. See Oldenstein (1976), nos.261-7. 2nd-3rd century.
