A Post Medieval copper-alloy Nuremburg Jetton of rose and orb type by Hanns Krauwinckel II, AD 1586 to 1635. The obverse depicts three open crowns and three lys arranged alternately around a rose. Obverse legend: HANNS . KRAVWINCKEL [...] . The reverse depicts the orb ('Reichsapfel') within a double tressure of three curves and three angles set alternately all within an inner circle. Reverse legend illegible. Similar to Cf. Barnard (1981), 'The Casting-Counter and the Counting-Board', p. 222, no. 84; also Plate XXXIII, no. 84.
