A complete struck copper alloy farthing of Charles I (1625-1649). Sometimes known as a Rose Farthing. The coin is dated to 1625-1649. The initial marks at not discernible. Obverse shows a single arched crown with 2 sceptres in saltire through it. Obverse legend reads CAR[OLV D G MAG] BRI. Reverse shows a single rose surmounted by a single arched crown. Reverse legend reads FRA [ET HIB] REX.

Diameter: 14.07mm. Thickness: 1.01mm. Weight: 0.8g. Die axis: 12 o'clock.
