A fragment of Roman pottery from the rim of a large storage pot. The rim has a orange grey colouring, being reduced Severn Valley Ware. This fragment was 8% of the rim, and the pot's outer diameter was 36cm. The vessel wall is 16.9mm thick. The fabric contains bits of ground pot as temper, flecks of white disolved Ollite limestone and grey/black inclusions.

The fragment is 88mm long by 54mm wide.

The fragment weighs 105g.
