Post-medieval copper alloy buckle frame, double-looped with both loops oval. In the centre of both sides a concavity is flanked by slight projections. The form might be considered a shortened version of Whitehead 2003, no. 442, but there is no swelling in the centre of the inner face of the edges, and one edge is bluntly pointed. Extremely similar to a frame from South Heighton, East Sussex (SUSS-896F85). 33.5 x 30.5mm. c.1600 - c.1720.
