A cast copper alloy Medieval to Post Medieval double looped buckle dating from AD1350 to AD1650. The buckle is oval with a D shaped cross section. The loops are D shaped and are recessed at the strap bar. The central strap bar is narrowed, is slightly concave and has a D shaped cross section. The pin is missing.
The buckle measures 20.95m in length, 17.05mm in width, 1.50mm in thickness and weighs 1.22g.
