Copper alloy ring. Cast round section oval loop with an integrally cast ovoid object of length 19.7mm at one end, which is flattened at its narrow end, where it protrudes outside the loop. This object is presumed to relate to horse harness or the carrying of equipment. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1600-1800.
