A complete flint mico-burin of Mesolithic date (6500-3500 BC).The burin is sub-spatulate in profile. The dorsal surface is slightly convex and contains four predominant negative scars with corresponding arrises. The ventral surface is slightly convex with two predominant negative scars. The proximal, left and right hand edges have rough semi-abrupt retouch. There is a slight notched aspect in the mesial potion of the left hand edge and in the distal end creating a tapered end.
The flint is a mid-brown in colour with large cream inclusions throughout.
