Silver-gilt dress hook (incomplete). The back plate is made of sheet silver cut into cinquefoil shape and pinked. The cushion is made of five domed lobes and there is a central circular perforation. Each dome is decorated with a plain border at the base and one central knop at the top, around which are placed three filigree wire circles. Three of the knops are missing. On the reverse it is possible to see three solder areas where the transverse attachment bar and recurving hook would have been placed, now missing. Through the central perforation would have been attached a central decoration, now missing.
