An incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy rowel spur dates to between c1500 and c1700 AD.
The arms are D-shaped in cross-section, both terminals are missing and part of one of the arms. The rowel shank is oval in cross-section and curved. The rowel is missing but the rowel box is complete.
