A Roman copper alloy circular mount with enamelled decoration. The central hole was presumably intended for a separate mount and is now filled with a short section of copper alloy. The face is decorated with a cross of four elongated triangles - their short bases outwards with points facing inwards, inlaid with red enamel. In each angle is a short enamelled cross but the colour is uncertain, and a shallow bordering groove. There are two short broken spikes on the back adjacent to the edge. The mount has a brown patina, is pitted and has some edge loss.
