Incomplete copper alloy dupondius or as of Antoninus Pius (AD 138-161), from the profile on the obverse, with deep set eye and everted chin and beard like examples illustrated in BMC Vol.IV (ii) in Plate 25, Figs.8-11, but the back of the head is unclear so it may be radiate or laureate.
