A complete cast lead toy wheel (possibly) of probable post-Medieval to Modern date (c. 1700-c. 1900).
Excluding flash and sprue, this object is circular in plan and moulded at the front. At the centre there is a conical pellet. It has four evenly spaced prominent lobes at the peripheral edge. The rear face is flat.
This object is generally grey and has off-white lead corrosion deposits at the front. There are also two specks of iron staining at the front.
Length: 28.62mm; width: 26.93mm; thickness: 8.16mm. Weight: 19.78g.
The circular element has a maximum diameter of c. 16.8mm.
It is possible that the object is a toy wheel and that the lobes are sprue.
