An incomplete cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of Post-Medieval date. Part of one loop survives intact, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. The frame is D-shaped in section with an expanded outer edge that has a central heart-shaped openwork motif with trifoliate projecting knop. It measures 32.62mm in surviving width, 26.85mm in surviving length, 1.72mm in thickness and 2.98g in weight. This buckle frame is identical to other examples recorded through the PAS (e.g. BERK-5D8271 or GLO-422F03) and is of Post-Medieval date, c.16th-17th centuries AD.
