A copper-alloy birdlip brooch dating to the late Iron Age or early Roman period. The head is arched, triangular in cross-section and has a flared plate behind which is a hinged pin. At the top of the bow is an upcurved lip. The bow is narrow, triangular in cross-section and has a solid catchplate. The pin is intact and complete.
