Silver gilt spoon terminal in the form of an elongated acorn set on a hexagonal shank, 2.7mm across. The nut and its 'cup' are cylindrical with rounded ends, the cup is 6.2mm in diameter, the acorn 5.3mm diameter the two parts being separated by a groove. On the end of the nut is a small projection. The sides of the cup are marked by crossing incised lines. The nut and cup are gilt, the gilding not extending to the hexagonal shank which appears to have been snapped. Length 30.5mm, Head 18.3mm long, Mass 4.70g
