Incomplete and distorted medieval gilt copper alloy oval buckle frame, with almost all of the offset narrowed bar missing. There is a globular knop at the ends of the bar, and within a constriction in the centre of the bent outside edge a roller of extremely thick (1.5mm) sheet with a median groove. c.16 x c.26mm. 13th century.
