An incomplete copper-alloy wheel from a post-medieval pastry jigger (AD 1700-1800). The openwork wheel is circular in plan with a central perforation. Four spokes located at the four cardinal points, project outwards from the central perforation, the four openwork recesses are broadly oval. The circumference of the wheel is decorated with deep incisions located on other faces and form a zig-zag cutting edge. Iron corrosion is visible on both faces adjacent to the central perforation.
