A flint tertiary flake, probably dating from the Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age.
The piece is sub-rectangular in plan and of triangular section, with a vertical arrise at the centre of the dorsal surface. A small portion of the core platform remains, adjacent to which, on the ventral surface, there is a bulb scar. The edges of the flake are irregular, probably as a result of natural wear, and there is no evidence that this piece was ever used as a tool. The flint is patinated, light to mid blueish-grey.
