Silver gilt dress hook. A trefoil plate with a pinked outer edge. On each lobe is a dome decorated with three wire circles. At the centre, between the domes, is a separately applied wide-headed pin which is attached with a butterfly fastening visible at the back of the plate. Soldered to the back of the plate behind the lower of the three lobes is a recurving pointed hook. There are solder marks at the top of the plate where a bar was attached. The surfaces are gilded.
