A very worn and incomplete lead groats sized Boy Bishop token, probably of Rigold's (1978: pp. 93-94) Series I, possibly I D, c.1470-1539 AD. Half of the token is missing due to old breaks and both faces are extremely worn due to post-depositional damage.
Obverse: :SA[]:PRO:nOBIS, Uncertain obverse type within an inner circle.
Reverse: Illegible legend, Long cross dividing inner and outer legends, pellets in the internal angle of the cross?
