A copper alloy silver coated finger ring, possibly medieval. The silver coating can still be seen quite clearly on the face and on the inside of the ring. Engraved decoration of evenly spaced circles, eight in total can be seen on the ring face, there is no engraving on the inside of the ring. The ring has been bent out of shape slightly but appears to consist of six sides, a common feature for some medieval rings.
