Part of a medieval cast copper alloy seal matrix. The base has four inverted pellets arranged to form a square, the top of the fragmetnent almost forms a complete cone shape, at the tipe there is a snall spherical dome. The handle of the seal is no longer attatched, there is evidence of a small break at the tip of the sphere.
