Obverse: []O[]E[]CI[]REOEI[]O:, Three crowns and three lis arranged centrifugally around a central rose of five petals, all within an inner circle.

Reverse: MEOV:MEOV:MEOV:MEOV, An Imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee within a double stranded trefoil, pairs of annulets in the external angles of the foil, all within an inner circle.
