Post medieval cast bifaced circular lead-alloy token of Powell Classes 2 and 18 . It is decorated on one side with the raised initials WF with a pellet below and star above. The other side has a raised design of a swan going right.
Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally. They are therefore hard to date precisely although those with initials are usual thought to be Post Medieval in date, c. AD 1500-1800.
