A complete glass bead of uncertain date. The bead is circular in plan with a central circular perforation. The glass is a light blue colour and survives in good condition with only a few small scratches.
The bead is 9.7mm in diameter, 7.2mm thick and weighs 1.3g.
Glass beads are very difficult to date with any certainty therefore due to a lack of contextual evidence and any diagnostic features it is not possible to date this object any more closely and it could be Roman through to modern in date.
