A cast copper-alloy hooked-tag, Read class E type 2, of Post-Medeival date, c. 1500-1650.
The tag is complete, cast in one piece as a shield-shaped body with openwork decoration consisting of a transverse cabled band surmounted by two fleurs-de-lis; the opposite side has a swag and a ridged ribbed collar at the juncture of the plate and hooks.
