British Iron Age gold quarter stater, uninscribed Eastern series (attributed to Trinovantes). 'British G' type, ABC (Cottam et al 2010) 2350 = BMC (Hobbs 1996) 192. Note: Hobbs incorrectly identified this type as the quarter stater linked to the North Eastern gold stater 'British H', rather than the Eastern quarter 'British G' (or 'Clacton' type).
