Silver coin. Groat of Edward IV, second reign (1471-1483), issue of 1472-1473, North no. 1631

Obverse description: Facing bare shouldered bust with bifoliate crown with tall central fleur in nine arched tressure with trefoils on seven cusps, quatrefoil each side of neck. Initial mark annulet (55).

Obverse inscription: [ED]WARDxDIxGRAxREXx ANGxZx[?FR]AN[C]?x, saltire or double saltire punctuation.

Reverse description: Long cross, three pellets in each angle, one quadrant has a fourth, smaller, central pellet between the others. Legend in two orders. Mintmark annulet (55)

Reverse inscription: (outer): POSVI/DEVMA/DIVTOR/E'MEVM, inner: CIVI/TAS/LON/DON
