Cast lead-alloy weight of unknown date. The weight is tear-shaped in plan, with a convex upper face and flat lower face. The weight narrows to a rounded tip at one end forming a tear-drop shape. At the wider end the lead overlaps on the lower face, forming an irregular and unintentional 'lipped' edge. On both faces there are cut marks to the surface of the weight. There is no sign of a suspension loop for the weight. The object has a damaged surface with a light grey to beige patina.

The date of the object is unknown but it is likely to be medieval to post medieval.

See record HESH-F834A3 for comparison.
