A complete cast copper alloy trade weight of modern date. The weight is circular in plan with a raised rim and concave reverse bearing lead corrosion. The front face is stamped with "1 oz" above an image which is now to worn to determine.
The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The weight is 28.9mm in diameter, 7.2mm thick and weighs 26.8g.
