An incomplete copper-alloy cable bracelet, formed from two strands of twisted copper-alloy wire. The surviving part of this bracelet has been straightened and damaged in its centre, it measures 74mm in length and 5mm in width. One of the terminals has been flattened but appears to be incomplete due to an old break, the other terminal is also incomplete due to an old break. This bracelet is Roman in date and similar cable bracelets and armlets have been found in Colchester, it is most likely to date to the 3rd or 4th centuries (Crummy 1983, 38-39, fig 41).
