A silver Denarius possibly of Caracalla, AD196-197, or of Geta. c.AD196-202 (Reece period 10). Reverse legend reads [PRINC IVVENT or PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS]. Reverse shows Emperor standing left with trophy behind. Mint is Rome. See RIC IV, pt.I, p.213, cf.13 and p.316, cf.15ff.

Obverse shows Draped, bare-headed, bust right. Obverse legend is illegible. Condition is fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 1.03g, diameter is 14.6mm.
