This coin is a mule combining an obverse of Severus Alexander with a reverse of either Julia Paula (RIC IV, p. 46, no. 219) Julia Mamaea (RIC IV, p. 49, no. 257) or Julia Maesa. (RIC IV, p. 98, no. 343).
