A copper-alloy finger ring probably dating from the late Iron Age to the early Roman period. The object consists of a single strip of copper alloy which is oval in cross-section. The strip has been wound round to create a spiral of two complete turns which are tightly coiled. Each terminal is rounded. The object has a mid-green patina and is in good condition. PAS Iron Age and Roman Training notes (unpublished) cite a similar ring from Camerton, Somerset (1990).
