An incomplete piece of probably oyster shell. It measures 31.24mm wide, 46.05 long and 3.81mm deep and weighing 8.43 grams. The shell is broken on three sides, with the right and left sides broken almost perfectly vertically, although this may be a natural occurrence. None of the breaks appear to be recent. The shell is in fair condition, and it is not flaking, although the upper layers of the outer surface are missing and appear to have flaked off in the past. Shell is difficult to date and as such a date of AD 43 to 1900 is assigned. See find SWYOR-80D882 for another example.
