A copper alloy sestertius of the emperor Marcus Aurelius as Augustus (AD 161-80), probably dating to the period AD 174-5 (Reece Period 8). The obverse depicts a laureate head facing right and is inscribed [...]. The reverse probably depicts Annona standing left with a modius, and is probably inscribed [IMP VII COS III] S C, or [TR P XXIX IMP VIII COS III] S C at an altar or a modius and is inscribed S C. Mint of Rome. RIC III, pp. 302 & 304, cf. nos. 1128 and 1154.
