A cast copper-alloy strap fitting of Medieval or Post-medieval date. It is oval in shape and flat in section. It flares at the outside edge into three knops and at the opposited end into two knops with the third broken off. It has two circular holes, one at each end for seperately cast rivets which are present. It is decorated with a foliate pattern on the face. The reverse is undecorated. It measures 38.57mm in length, 21.02mm in width, 2.52mm in thickness and weighs 8.00g.
