Copper alloy strainer fragment. Cast concavo-convex shard from a vessel. The outer convex surface bears an embossed pointed oval or leaf-shaped outline. The edges of closely spaced round apertures of estimated diameter circa 7mm and 10mm appear on the broken edges. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1600-1800.
