A knapped flint of prehistoric date, possibly Neolithic. The flake does not appear to have been retouched after having been struck from the core. The flake is not of a good quality flint and has inconsistencies including an area of cortex. This is perhaps why it was not selected for further adaption. It is a pale grey to white in colour with an area of pale brown cortex.
